Paul warns the young disciple Timothy four times about myths or fables, and Peter warns of myths or fables that he describes as a plausible error. Doubt is not always a bad thing. In fact, many have testified that the starting place of their conversion from a false religion to Christ was a seed of doubt about the false. With that in mind, I would like to simply sow a seed of doubt about two specific cunningly devised fables that are popular in the church today, so that you will search the scriptures for yourself, and come to the knowledge of the truth. These two myths or fables are the secret rapture theory, and the seven mountains mandate.
